Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your data stored by ReviewFlow. You can submit a deletion request at any time. We will remove associated data from our systems and instruct subprocessors where applicable.
What we delete
- Account profile and authentication data stored by ReviewFlow.
- Connected platform tokens (e.g., Instagram, Shopify, Judge.me).
- Generated media, logs, and configuration linked to your account.
Note: Content already published on third‑party platforms (e.g., Instagram posts) must be removed directly in those platforms.
How to request deletion
Open the dashboard, disconnect integrations, then contact support via the dashboard with subject “Data Deletion Request”.
Email our support with your account email and subject “Data Deletion Request”. We’ll verify ownership before proceeding.
Timeframe
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verified request. Backups are pruned on a rolling basis and may retain data for a short period, after which it is irretrievably removed.
After deletion
- Your account access will be disabled.
- All associated tokens are revoked.
- Automations and posting stop immediately.
