These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReviewFlow (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ReviewFlow transforms your store reviews into branded social media assets and, if enabled, schedules or publishes them to connected accounts you control.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business or store you connect. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Connected Platforms

By connecting Instagram, Shopify, Judge.me or other platforms, you grant the Service permission to read and create content as configured. You can revoke access at any time in your account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, infringe on third-party rights, or violate platform policies. We may suspend access for suspected abuse or legal risk.

5. Plans & Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, fees are billed per the plan terms. Taxes may apply. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

We own the Service and its underlying technology. You own your brand assets, content, and data. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service for you.

7. Data & Privacy

We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information. For data requests, contact support.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee specific reach, engagement, or outcomes on connected platforms.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
